Magic Xtal Ltd. has put into production ultra-high stability OCXO model of low power consumption MXO37/R series built on the internally heated resonator technology. The oscillator being packaged in miniature 20x20x12 mm case and consuming about 200 mW power exhibits up to 1 ppb temperature stability, 0.2 ppb/day aging rate and up to 3E-12/1s Allan variance.

There has been developed the low profile version of the low power miniature MXO37 series OCXOs. The oscillator has DIP14 compatible sizes with only 7.9 mm height. At less than 150 mW power consumption it provides up to 5 ppb temperature stability (-40 +85⁰C), low phase-noise level (-173 dBc/Hz floor) and low aging. Operational frequency range: 8-150 MHz (fundamental operation).
