Magic Xtal Ltd. has launched production of a new OCXO model MXO37/8P based on the internally heated resonator technology. Having the DIP8 compatible sizes and below 180 mW power consumption the oscillators exhibit up to 5 ppb frequency stability in (-40 +85)°C range and low aging. Compared to the basic MXO37/8 series the new model contains improved oscillator circuitry that enables its operation at up to 150 MHzfundamental frequencies with down to -173 dBc/Hz phase-noise level. The OCXOs operate at 5 V or 3 V input voltage with CMOS or sine-wave output.
